SwipeTrainer — Terms of Service

Welcome to SwipeTrainer. By using our mobile application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. What SwipeTrainer is

SwipeTrainer is an educational app that presents historical chart patterns and asks users to predict their next move. It is intended for learning pattern recognition, NOT as financial advice.

Important: SwipeTrainer is for educational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Past chart patterns do not predict future performance. Always do your own research and consult licensed professionals before making investment decisions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account and security

You may use the App anonymously or sign in with Apple or Google. If you sign in, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials safe.

The App, including all content, design, code, and curated educational materials, is owned by SwipeTrainer's developer and is protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

Historical price data is sourced from third-party providers (TwelveData, Finnhub) and is presented for educational analysis under fair use principles.

6. In-app purchases and ads

The App may include advertisements served by third parties (e.g., Google AdMob). We may offer optional in-app purchases such as "Remove Ads" or premium features. All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play; refunds are subject to those platforms' policies.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that the information presented is accurate or complete.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwipeTrainer's developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to losses related to financial decisions made based on information from the App.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
